Claude is on the road this fall with hands-on sessions for small business owners and operators.

Run and grow your business
Claude helps you run and grow your business with ready-to-run workflows you sign off on, so you can take on more. Close the books, answer every lead, and get proposals out the door.
Claude closes the books, forecasts cash, prepares payroll, creates reports, and has your Monday brief waiting before you ask. You make the calls and sign off.
Set tasks up once and they run on your schedule: follow-ups, overdue invoices, reorders. Claude keeps track so you don't have to.
Every lead gets an answer and proposal, even at 9pm. Campaigns get planned, made, and measured. The marketing you know you should be doing, done.
Connect Intuit QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Gusto, Canva and 25 more. Not connected yet? Workflows also run from a spreadsheet or forwarded email.

Greenleaf Grounds · July 1–31, 2026 · Prepared Aug 3, 2026
Shopify Payments: 31 payouts, $77,436.15 — matches QuickBooks to the cent.
Stripe: 9 settlements, $31,778.35 — matches QuickBooks to the cent.
Uncategorized transactions: 7 → 0, all coded.
Duplicates: 1 found, held (see below).
Duplicate vendor bill — held, not paid. Cascade Packaging bill #4471 ($1,842.00) was entered twice. The second copy is on hold in QuickBooks; nothing left the bank. Confirm and delete it.
Café labor over target. Labor ran 34.1% of café sales against a 30% target, about $1,700 over, mostly street-fair overtime and two new hires in training.
July brought in $112,400, up 6% from June, led by online orders and wholesale. After $47,900 of coffee and goods, $41,200 of payroll, and $14,800 of everything else, the business kept $8,500 — a 7.6% net margin. That is $1,100 better than June, mostly because green-coffee costs fell under the new supplier contract.
Covers Aug 15 payroll with $22K headroom. $41.8K cash at close, plus $36.4K in settlements due by Aug 14, less $31.8K in rent, bills, and loan payment and $24.4K in payroll.
Books closed Day 3.

Claude can check your books against Stripe and Shopify, flag anything odd, and explain the month in plain English, so you can share with your accountant.
Prepared for Harbor Dental Group · September 1, 2026
Following our August 27 site visit, this proposal covers weekly wholesale coffee and break-room supply for all twelve Harbor Dental locations. Each break room is set up for drip service, and the quantities below are sized to roughly 40 cups per location per day.
Pricing matched to your last three wholesale agreements in QuickBooks.
Send Claude a voice memo and photos from your site visit, get back a proposal in your format, priced from your last three deals and ready for signature once you approve.
Claude can work all hours, so a 9pm inquiry will get a reply with two real meeting times that land in your CRM before you wake up. Nothing sends until you say so.
Keep your signups high. Claude can build a two-week posting calendar with product shots from your store complete with written captions, all for your approval.
> My roastery runs production on BeanTrack and Claude can't see it. Build me a connection so my Monday brief and month-end close can read roast batches and green-coffee inventory. Read-only for now, and I approve any write later.
› Checking for an existing connector for BeanTrack… none found
› Checking for a public API… none. Routing through Zapier
› Creating Zapier bridge: BeanTrack → Claude (triggers: batch completed, inventory updated)
✓ Scoped credentials stored (read-only)
✓ Approval gate: any write action requires owner confirmation
✓ Registered with router as "beantrack" · available to business-pulse, /close-month, inventory-planner
› Test pull: 14 batches this week · Harbor Blend green stock: 220 lb (11 days at current velocity)
✓ Done in 84s.
Run on a system Claude doesn't connect to yet? Tell Claude what the system is and what you need, and it builds the connection so your other workflows can use that data. Read-only to start; any changes wait for your approval.
Claude drafts and prepares. You decide what goes out. Payroll is set up for you to submit, bills wait for your approval before they're paid, and Claude doesn't file anything for you. The permissions you've set in each tool still apply.
By default, we don't train on your business data on Team and Enterprise plans. You own your inputs, outputs, and data.
Our security controls are audited to the SOC 2 Type II standard.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Claude only sees what the account you connect to can see.
Safeguards are built into the product and models to protect you from vulnerabilities to help keep your business and data safe.
Link your CRM, accounting, email, and payments in one click each. Start with one and add the rest when you're ready.
Install the Small Business plugin and pick what Claude handles. Set when each one runs: every Monday, at month-end, or when a new lead comes in.
Claude shows its plan before it acts. By default, nothing sends or pays without your OK, and Claude only sees what your accounts allow.

Don't see yours? Every workflow also runs from a spreadsheet or a forwarded email, and Claude can connect more tools as you go.
