Claude Corps: How to Become a Host Organization

Many nonprofits want to do more with AI, but not all have the resources or support to realize its benefits on their own. Claude Corps places AI-trained, early-career fellows inside mission-driven organizations for a fully funded 12-month fellowship. The goal is to amplify the work that nonprofits are already doing and equip the next generation of talent to put AI to work for the greater good. Anthropic funds and manages the program in partnership with CodePath, which serves as employer of record for fellows.

Join us for a live walkthrough of what hosting a fellow looks like. We will cover what Anthropic and CodePath will provide to host organizations, what we ask of host organizations, how to apply, and Q&A.

What you’ll learn

  • What is Claude Corps: How the program embeds early-career, AI-trained fellows inside nonprofit organizations for 12 months of full-time, in-person work on real projects

  • Why Anthropic is doing this: How Claude Corps fits into our broader commitment to extend AI's benefits beyond the tech sector, and why we're partnering with CodePath and Social Finance to run it

  • What we’ll provide: A walkthrough of what hosts receive, including fully funded fellows, a $10,000 implementation grant, Claude licenses and API credits, dedicated Anthropic office hours, and two in-person convenings

  • What we ask of you: What it takes to be a great host, including naming a fellow supervisor, providing systems access, joining the host community of practice, and developing a plan for sustaining the work beyond the fellowship year

  • Open Q&A: Bring your hosting, projects, and application questions
