Superpowers is a comprehensive skills framework that teaches Claude structured software development methodologies. It provides composable skills for test-driven development (TDD), systematic debugging, brainstorming, subagent-driven development with built-in code review, and the ability to author new skills.

The plugin enforces disciplined practices like "red-green-refactor" TDD cycles where tests must fail before implementation, a four-phase debugging methodology that requires root cause investigation before any fixes, and Socratic brainstorming sessions that refine requirements before coding begins.

How to use: Invoke skills with slash commands like /brainstorming to explore requirements and design before implementation, or /execute-plan to run batched implementation plans with review checkpoints.
