Ask in plain language for a profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, general ledger, or A/R and A/P aging report, break down sales by customer or product, or benchmark results against similar businesses in your industry and region.
It covers the transaction work too. Create, update, send, and duplicate invoices and estimates, set up recurring invoices, and record bills, expenses, payments, deposits, transfers, and journal entries. Send payment links and reminders with a clear preview and your confirmation before anything goes out. Look up payroll details, add an employee, or set base pay. If you manage more than one company, including client books, switch between them in a single conversation.

How this relates to the Intuit QuickBooks connector: QuickBooks Labs (Beta) includes everything in the Intuit QuickBooks connector and adds bank feed categorization, account reconciliation, bills and expenses, journal entries, and multi-company switching. You can keep both connected, but you don’t need to. We recommend using only QuickBooks Labs (Beta) so Claude isn’t choosing between duplicate tools. If you’re connected to the older connector, remove it when you install this one.
