The Ontra MCP Server lets you query your Ontra data directly from Claude and other AI tools — no need to switch between applications. Ask questions about legal entities, ownership structures, funds, people, agreements, tax classifications, jurisdictions, and more. Results respect your existing Ontra permissions, so users only see data they already have access to. Setup takes about a minute via a quick OAuth flow with your Ontra credentials.

You can use Ontra to:

Entity lookup:
"List all legal entities under our Fund IV structure and their jurisdictions."

Ownership tracing:
"Show me the ownership chain from Ontra for Acme Holdings LLC up to its ultimate parent."

Obligation check:
"Which side letters in Fund III include MFN provisions?"
