The Function Health connector lets members securely view lab test results, ask health questions, and get nutrition plans. Function includes 160+ lab tests per year to monitor 1,000+ diseases, help uncover possible causes of unexplained symptoms, and create a roadmap for feeling your best. Test your heart, hormones, thyroid, liver, kidneys, toxins, nutrients, inflammation, autoimmunity, immunity and more.

You can use the Function Health connector to:

Get an Overall Health Snapshot: "Summarize my overall Function lab results"

Understand What Needs Attention: "Which health categories are most out of range in my labs?"

Review My Existing Health Plans: "Do I have any active nutrition or health action plans from Function?"

Get Context-Aware Health Answers: "Based on my Function data, how should I think about my metabolic health?"

Track Progress Over Time: "How have my lab results changed since my last Function test?"

Prepare Smarter Questions for My Doctor: "Based on my Function summary, what questions should I bring to my next appointment?"
