EDEN is Basecamp Research's frontier biological foundation model, trained on BaseData — the world's largest biological dataset, encompassing over 10 billion novel genes from more than a million species. This connector gives Claude access to two EDEN capabilities: antibiotic design (EDEN-AMP) generating novel antimicrobial peptide candidates against drug-resistant strains, and vaccine target prioritisation (EDEN-Immunogenicity) predicting whether a protein-coding antigen will trigger an immune response.
