Cognito Forms

Connect to Cognito Forms to query submissions, pull files and documents, and make entry changes directly within Claude. Whether you're checking on pending applications or retrieving a signed document, your form data is right there when you need it. Available on Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. Setting up the connector requires Administrator access in your Cognito Forms organization.

You can use Cognito Forms to:

View Entries:
"Show me entry 14 on the New Client Intake form."

Create Entries:
"Create a new entry on the Employee Onboarding form for Sarah Chen. She starts Monday in the Columbia office."

Retrieve Files and Documents:
"Download the signed agreement from entry 6 on the Contractor Onboarding form."

Manage Forms:
"Close the Fall Enrollment form and set the message to 'Enrollment is now closed for this term.'"

Analyze Submissions:
"How many invoices are still outstanding in the Client Billing form?"
