An additional $10,000 in Claude for Enterprise credits. Available to companies that sign their first committed contract of $100,000 or more for Claude for Enterprise, which gives your workforce Chat, Cowork, and Claude Code with enterprise admin and security controls.
In short: every portfolio company qualifies for credits. Companies signing their first $100K+ annual commitment receive $15K ($10k in Claude Enterprise and $5k in Claude Platform (API), and everyone else receives $5K in Claude Platform (API).

Common Questions
Who is eligible? {{All NAME portfolio companies. }}Credits are offered once per company, are valid for 12 months, and are provisioned after your agreement is in place.
We are already an Anthropic customer. Do we qualify for the additional $10,000 in credits? If you are upgrading from Claude for Teams, on a self-service plan, or hold a commitment under $100,000 and sign a new $100,000+ Claude for Enterprise commitment, yes.
Are the credits on top of the rate card? Going forward the credits offer is Anthropic's Private Equity incentive offer. Companies currently with $100k+ may early renew provided that the new annual commitment is 10% higher than your current annualized spend or annual commitment, whichever is greater.
Do credits apply to third-party surfaces or hyperscalers? No. Credits apply on Anthropic first-party surfaces only: the Claude API through the Anthropic Console, and Claude Enterprise.
We are not interested in a $100k+ commitment at this time, are we still eligible for credits? Yes, if you are not looking for a new contract and just want credits please fill out the form and we will grant you $5k in Claude Platform (API) credits to your account.
Do the credits burn down my commitment or are the credits applied top of my commitment? The credits offered are on top of your commitment. Your contract will state $100k commitment and have no language regarding the credits. Upon signing credits are applied to your account and spent down toward your first usage. So a $100,000 commitment delivers $115,000 in usage value.
What is a committed contract? A committed contract is an executed agreement with Anthropic that includes an annual usage commitment for Claude for Enterprise. The commitment is not paid upfront: it is a contractual minimum for the 12-month term, and usage is invoiced monthly in arrears for what your company actually consumes. If total consumption at the end of the term is below the committed amount, the remaining balance is invoiced as a true-up and does not carry over.
