Haloo performs a deep, full clearance search, not a knockout. Built on examiner methodology and trained on real-world trademark outcomes, it scans hundreds of millions of records across live global trademark registries using 62 retrieval algorithms that identify identical, phonetic, visual, conceptual, and related conflicts. Results are ranked by likelihood of confusion with legal rationale for each. Every search generates a ranked retrieval set with conflict scores and an editable clearance memorandum with a stoplight risk assessment, key citations, and jurisdiction-specific legal analysis.
