Skill Creator는 Claude Code 스킬의 개발, 테스트 및 반복 개선을 지원하는 포괄적인 툴킷입니다. 생성, 평가, 개선, 벤치마킹의 4가지 운영 모드를 제공하여, 초기 개념 단계부터 최적화된 프로덕션 레디 스킬에 이르기까지 스킬 개발 라이프사이클 전 과정을 체계적으로 이끌어줍니다.

내부적으로는 조합 가능한 4개의 에이전트가 각기 특화된 작업을 처리합니다. Executor는 평가 프롬프트에 따라 스킬을 실행하고, Grader는 정의된 기대치에 따라 결과물을 평가합니다. Comparator는 서로 다른 스킬 버전 간 블라인드 A/B 비교를 수행하고, Analyzer는 결과를 바탕으로 맞춤형 개선 사항을 제안합니다. 이 에이전트들은 상호 유기적으로 작동하며, 엄격한 데이터 기반의 스킬 고도화를 가능하게 합니다.

또한 이 플러그인에는 스킬 초기화, 구성 검증, 평가 준비, 벤치마크 결과 집계 및 분산 분석에 활용할 수 있는 유틸리티 스크립트도 포함되어 있어, 통계적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 성능 측정이 가능합니다.
