지난 10월, 우리는 사용자의 작업 방식에 맞게 반복 가능한 워크플로우를 Claude에게 학습시키는 방법인 Skills를 도입했습니다. 이제 Skills를 더 쉽게 배포하고, 탐색하며, 구축할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 관리자는 조직 전반에서 Skills를 관리하고, Notion, Canva, Figma, Atlassian 등의 파트너가 구축한 Skills를 디렉토리에서 찾아볼 수 있으며, 개방형 표준을 통해 여러 AI 플랫폼에서 Skills를 활용할 수 있습니다.
조직 전반에서 Skills를 관리하세요
Claude Team 및 Enterprise 플랜 관리자는 이제 관리자 설정에서 Skills를 중앙 관리 방식으로 프로비저닝할 수 있습니다. 관리자가 배포한 Skills는 모든 사용자에게 기본적으로 활성화되어 있으며, 사용자는 필요에 따라 개별 Skills를 끌 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 조직은 팀 전반에서 일관되고 승인된 워크플로우를 제공하고, 개별 사용자는 각자의 방식에 맞게 사용 환경을 맞춤화할 수 있습니다.
새로운 Skills를 발견하고, 만들고, 수정하세요
이제 Skills 제작이 더 간단해졌습니다. 원하는 기능을 설명하면 Claude가 구축을 도와주거나, 직접 지침을 작성할 수도 있습니다. 복잡한 워크플로우의 경우, Skill 폴더를 업로드하거나 skill-creator를 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 Claude는 기존 Skills 수정을 지원하며, 새 미리보기 기능을 통해 전체 내용을 확인할 수 있어 활성화하기 전에 해당 Skill의 동작 방식을 정확히 파악할 수 있습니다.

파트너가 구축한 Skills 컬렉션은 계속 확대되고 있으며, 이제 claude.com/connectors에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
관리자는 조직 전반에 이러한 파트너 Skills를 배포하여, 팀은 추가 개발 없이도 이미 사용 중인 도구의 워크플로우에 즉시 액세스할 수 있습니다.

개방형 표준
또한 Agent Skills를 개방형 표준으로 공개하고 있습니다. MCP와 마찬가지로, Skills는 도구와 플랫폼에 종속되지 않고, Claude는 물론 다른 AI 플랫폼에서도 동일하게 작동해야 합니다. 우리는 생태계 구성원들과 협업해 왔으며, 이 표준이 초기부터 채택되기 시작한 점을 매우 기쁘게 생각합니다.
시작하기
- Claude 앱: Skills 디렉터리를 탐색하고, Settings > Capabilities > Skills에서 활성화합니다.
- Claude Code: 플러그인 디렉터리에서 설치하거나, 리포지토리에 Skills를 추가합니다.
- Claude Developer Platform(API): /v1/skills 엔드포인트를 통해 Skills를 사용합니다. 문서를 참조하세요.
관리자는 관리자 설정을 통해 조직 전체에 SKills를 배포할 수 있습니다. Skills를 사용하려면 코드 실행 및 파일 생성이 활성화되어 있어야 합니다.
