Mizuho Financial Group is redesigning banking operations on the premise of AI, not just using generative AI for efficiency. Tatsuto Fujii and Kentaro Someya walk through the AI Oriented Architecture (AIOA) and agent platform they built to meet financial-grade governance and auditability, with real examples of moving beyond PoCs using Claude Code, Skills, MCP, and a custom harness — from both management and development-floor perspectives.
