From "AI-assisted" to "AI-delegated": Redesigning the development process to standardize AI across the org
CyberAgent has driven the adoption of AI agents, including Claude Code, across the organization without resorting to top-down mandates — preserving a culture where engineers choose for themselves. In this session, the tech lead of MG-DX shares how they redesigned their development process around AI as a default assumption, the agent and workflow architecture they built to move from "using AI" to "delegating to AI," and what those changes look like in the metrics.
