Yu Nakai shares how Mercari built Agent-Spec Driven Development (ASDD) and an Agent Harness to shift from Human-in-the-Loop to Human-on-the-Loop, lifting PR throughput ~1.6x for high-AI-usage engineers and turning individual-bound agents into team-shared ones across the SDLC.
