After six months of enterprise AI work in Japan, Tsukumo Labs keeps hitting one wall. They turn opt-in desktop traces into reviewed specs that run as Claude-powered agents, and the hard part is segmenting noisy, cross-app activity into stable patterns. For most Claude-powered products, the bottleneck isn't the model or the harness, it's the missing observation layer upstream of every prompt.

A note on language. Sessions run primarily in English with some in Japanese (marked on the agenda), and live simultaneous interpretation is available in both directions throughout the event. Office hours are held in English.
