Using airline refund fee calculation as a case study, Myrealtrip and AICX will share how we solved the latency, consistency, and testability problems that surfaced when the LLM was asked to handle the math. We will then extend the same lens to teams — and discuss what an AI-native operating model looks like when the bottleneck is no longer writing code, but deciding what to ship.
