Skill Creator は、Claude Code のスキルを開発、テスト、反復改善するための包括的なツールキットです。「Create」、「Eval」、「Improve」、「Benchmark」の 4 つの動作モードを提供し、初期のコンセプトから最適化され、本番環境での運用が可能なスキルに至るまでの、スキル開発のライフサイクル全体をガイドします。

内部では、4 つの構成可能なエージェントが専門的なタスクを処理します。評価プロンプトに対してスキルを実行する Executor、定義された期待値に対して出力を評価する Grader、スキルバージョン間のブラインド A/B 比較を行う Comparator、結果に基づいて目標を定めた改善を提案する Analyzer です。これらエージェントが連携することで、厳密かつデータ主導のスキル向上が可能になります。

また、このプラグインには、スキルの初期化、構成の検証、評価の準備、および分散分析を伴うベンチマーク結果の集計を行うユーティリティスクリプトも含まれているため、統計的に信頼性の高いパフォーマンス測定が可能になります。

使用方法：/skill-creator でスキルを起動し、モードを選択します。「セキュリティの問題について PR を確認する新しいスキルを作成してください」、「自分のコードレビュースキルを評価してください」、「これらのテストケースに基づいて私のデプロイスキルを改善してください」、「私のスキルを10回実行してベンチマークし、ばらつきを表示してください」といったプロンプトを試してみてください。インタラクティブなワークフローが、要件の収集、テストケースの作成、反復的な最適化までを導きます。
