Anthropic exists to answer the hardest questions about AI: safety, governance, its societal and economic impacts. We build Claude so that people and organizations can answer their own. As a public benefit corporation, we do this work in the open by listening to the hard questions people have, and seeking to answer them. These questions belong to everyone, and so does the future we're building towards.
