Claude's favorite IPod songs

Times have changed since I made my original list of my favorite music CD's. Now my Apple IPod has replaced my CD player. So instead of listing albums I will list songs in my playlists. Music has also taken a much more portable form. So I listen to these songs while skiing, hiking, cutting the grass, working or driving.

Someone once told me that you can tell how happy a society is by how much music they play. So I wonder if a society of people with earphones and earbuds is a happy world. I love my IPod but feel we need to share it's music with others.
You will probably notice the list below is an ecclectic mix. I like reggae followed by a mix of blues and rock.

Some comments on the 2005 Toots and the Maytalls Album. This album has guest artists such as Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson and Bonnie Raitt. It has great songs like "Love Gonna Walk Out On Me", "Blame On Me" and "Still is Still Moving to Me". Toots shows that he still has it. I got to see him (spring 2005) at a concert at the bottom of a ski area in NH (Waterville Valley). This was the night before he performed on Saturday Night Live. He was excited about the SNL performance and it was a great show. I got to touch hands with Toots and the guitarist gave me one of his picks.
